REGISTRATION FEES

 

120 €uros  -  The amount includes VAT

We aim to offer a complete and unique experience during the 12th International Symposium on Gut Microbiology through a virtual platform that recreates the space of a face-to-face event.

The registration fee includes:

  • Access to all presentations (live or on-demand online presentations and posters) during the 3 days of the symposium. The sessions will be broadcasted live to maintain the interactive essence of the event with the possibility to ask live questions to speakers
  • Connect and chat live with speakers in a collaborative environment
  • Visit the e-posters and chat with the authors. 
  • Connect one-to-one with a participant or join a group conversation
  • Meet the sponsors and exhibitors

Group Registrations

Group registrations cannot be processed online under one email address identification; each participant needs to have his/her profile set up with a unique email address.
When registering several persons under one company identity/invoice, please contact the Conference Secretariat to determine the preferred invoicing setting.

FEMS Grants

Attention

If you apply for a FEMS grant, please do not register to the conference yet. You must first submit an abstract and in parallel send the FEMS application form as indicated on this website. You will register to the conference only after having received by email the approval (or not) for the FEMS grant. FEMS grantees will also receive by email information on how to register to the conference.

Payment can be made in Euros, by :

  • Credit / debit cards (Visa & Mastercard)
  • Order forms only for French Government Institution (INRAE, CNRS, University ...)


Payment must be received by September 17, 2021.

The online conference will be accessible when payment will be received.

Cancellation of registration
